I'm a passionate problem solver and a very curious learner. I picked up frontend development and AI over the years because when I see a way to solve something, I'd rather do it than wait.
I play guitar, practice Vipassana meditation, and I'm into algorithmic art, interesting music, chess, philosophy, doodling, astronomy, diving, nature, films, and dogs.

My core
Product thinking
I think strategically about the experience and the business side altogether, and help defining what we build and why, based on the data I gather.
Product designing
I run research, design the full experience down to every edge case, write the UX copy, prototype and validate, and define patterns that scale.
Product building
I use Claude to write frontend code and ship to production. This way the team can move faster and make sure what ships matches the design.
My contribution

I was one of the first pioneers in my UX guild to work with Cursor AI.
I facilitated 4 Cursor workshops with over 150 participants, BAs, PMs and UX writers where they learned how to use this tool to solve UI bugs, research their code base and ship to production.
“For the first time, I truly understood the logic behind the software and felt confident applying it during the hands-on practice”
Workshop Participant

Over the last few months, I joined Wix's UX mentorship program as a mentor.
I work with designers on portfolio reviews, AI tools, product thinking, prototyping, and design-dev relationships.
“Roy provided clear, actionable feedback on my projects, pointing out specific areas for improvement. He shared practical tips on how to structure my case studies and present my work”
